On the 16th November 2019 Tallaght Powder Coating were proudly awarded the Local Business of the year Award at the Tallaght Person of the Year event hosted at the Red Cow Hotel in Dublin

Nominations are submitted by the public online over 4 weeks during the month of October via the www.tallaghtpersonawards.ie website and then the valid nominations go forward to a panel of independent judges who score each category against a number of common criteria like community impact, expertise and skill sets and overall business acumen. The judges then adjudicate the categories and their overall based on the details submitted by the nominators.

We were hugely honored just to be nominated along with lots of equally hard working and successful businesses, so to win it overall was a fantastic achievement and testament to all the hard work and effort we’ve put in over the years and especially this year in general. Countless trade shows up and down the country to keep the flag flying, our appearance on the Late Late show, Ireland Am and RTE’s Nationwide must all surely have accounted for something and the hardworking staff all accounts for the continued success to our business.

We had the pleasure of working with Fiona Mulholland in Powder Coating the beautiful Country & Folk awards presented on RTE in September that she designed from recycled & reusable plastics drawn from the ocean as seen in the pictures below.
